Each Higher Educational Institution (HEI) shall establish an administrative structure, defined in the Institution's Statute, called "Digital Governance Unit". The mission of the Digital Governance Unit is the digital governance within the HEI, the use of Information and Communication Technologies, the simplification of procedures and the coordination of the implementation of digital transformation actions covering all the activities of the HEI and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative, academic and research units of the institution, in accordance with the principles, framework and guidelines of the Digital Transformation Paper.
